Where do I find my conference ticket?

Your registration confirmation email works as your ticket to the conference, present this to the registration desk or quote your name to collect your name badge.

What is included in my conference registration?

Full conference registration includes attendance at the welcome dinner, all sessions and morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch on each of the conference days.

What time does the conference social event start?

It's from 6pm on the 5th of June.

I can no longer attend can I get a refund?

Refunds may be available as per our cancellation policy on the registration page, alternatively you can transfer your registration to another delegate, please contact us on
