Q. When do registrations open?

A. Registrations will be open Wednesday 23 April. For more conference updates you can sign up to SNAICC alerts and e-news at the bottom of the web page here: https://www.snaicc.org.au/snaicc-national-conference/

Q. Where can I find the data processing consent terms from registration?

Q. I would like to register a group - how do I do that?

A. For the group registration process, you have two options: 

- You can make a group booking through the regular registration portal if you already know your delegates. 

- Alternatively, we can manually set up a group allocation booking for you - allowing you to secure spots at the early bird rate when registrations open and fill in the details later.

Q. I have emailed Agentur and set up my group allocation portal - now how do I allocate my registrations?

A. The review panel is currently in process, and we aim to have submission outcomes communicated by mid-April. If you do not hear from us by April 20th, there may be an issue with the communication. Please check your junk folder, and if you still have not received an email from us, please contact us at snaicc2025@agentur.com.au

Q. How long do I have for each presentation type.

A. Each successful presentation will be allocated 40 minutes. Please note that time will be strictly monitored to ensure a smooth conference. Presentations should align with the SNAICC'25 theme.  Please see the Abstract Submission Guide here for more information.

Conference App:

Q. Will there be a conference app?

A. Yes, a conference app will be available for download and login one week before the event. 

The app link will be emailed to you, and you'll need to enter the conference code: snaicc25 

Then, log in using the email address you registered with and the PIN sent in your registration confirmation email.
