Registrations:

Q. When do registrations open?

A. Registrations are open NOW.

Early bird are rates available until 30 May.

Registrations will close 5pm AEST Friday 19 September.

Group Registrations:

Q. I would like to register a group - how do I do that?

A. For the group registration process, you have two options: 

- You can make a group booking through the regular registration portal HERE.

- Alternatively, we can manually set up a group allocation booking for you - allowing you to secure spots at the early bird rate when registrations open and fill in the details later. To do this, please email your request to snaicc2025@agentur.com.au

Event:

Q. Where can I find the SNAICC'25 Conference Terms and Conditions?

Q. I want to book flights. What are the conference times?

A. SNAICC'25 will run for three full days from 8:30am - 4:30pm on Tues 7, Wed 8 and Thurs 9 October.

Concluding with a Gala Dinner Party from 7pm onwards on 9 Oct.


Q. What time will registration open on 7 Oct?

A. Registration will be open each day from 7:30am.


Presentations:

Q. How long do I have for each presentation type.

A. Each successful presentation will be allocated 40 minutes. Please note that time will be strictly monitored to ensure a smooth conference. Presentations should align with the SNAICC'25 theme.  Please see the Abstract Submission Guide here for more information.


Q. Do Presenters get complimentary or discounted registrations?

A. Presenters must cover all costs associated with attending and presenting at SNAICC’25. Including: 

• SNAICC'25 registration fees

• Flights and local transport

• Accommodation

• Meals (excluding morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea which are served at the conference)

• Printed hand-outs (if applicable)


Q. I know it's late, but is their anyway my abstract and presentation proposal be considered for SNAICC'25?

A.  No, unfortunately not for this year's conference. Submissions closed on 28 February 2025, with the review panel contacting successful applicants at the end of April. For any questions regarding the process, you can view the abstract submission guidelines here.

Travel Subsidies:

Q. Is there travel subsidies available?

A. Unfortunately, SNAICC's allocated travel subsidy funds have now been fully exhausted.


Conference App:

Q. Will there be a conference app?

A. Yes, a conference app will be available for download and login one week before the event. 

The app link will be emailed to you, and you'll need to enter the conference code: snaicc25 

Then, log in using the email address you registered with and the PIN sent in your registration confirmation email.


Exhibitor Booth:

Q. Can I still book, with Exhibitor booths being sold out?

A. If you’re still interested in showcasing your brand, explore our Sponsorship Opportunities, some packages include exhibitor booths as part of the offering.


Q. When can exhibitors bump in and out?

A. Exhibitor bump in is at between 3pm - 5pm on 6 Oct, and bump out is at 4pm 9 Oct.
