Abstract Submissions:

Q. How long do I have for each presentation type.

A. Each successful presentation will be allocated 40 minutes. Please note that time will be strictly monitored to ensure a smooth conference. Presentations should align with the SNAICC'25 theme.  Please see the Abstract Submission Guide here for more information.

Q. Is there a specific structure our abstract should follow? 

A. There is no prescriptive approach to your abstract submission, other than it be uploaded as a PDF or Word document. Please take the approach to structure that best fits your planned session and your approach to engaging with delegates.

Q. My abstract was accepted. I need to submit headshots and bios for presenters. Where can I do that?

A. Please submit all presenter head shots (5MB file size limit) and bios (100 - 150 word maximum) via this FORM.

A. Registrations will be open toward the end of March

Group Registrations:

Q. I would like to register a group, how do I do that?

A. For the group registration process, you have two options: You can make a group booking through the regular registration portal if you already know your delegates. Alternatively, we can manually set up a group allocation booking for you—allowing you to secure spots at the early bird rate when registrations open and fill in the details later.
