Presentations:
Q. How can I submit my presentation slides?
A. Online presentation slide submissions have now closed.
Please take your presentation slides and updates directly to the onsite Speakers Presentation Centre, room M10 (Mezzanine level) at BCEC with ample time before your presentation.
If you are presenting on the Tuesday, please ALSO email them through to snaicc2025@agentur.com and we will do our best to pass them on.
Make sure you bring backup copies of your presentation to SNAICC’25:
- A copy emailed to yourself and/or stored in the cloud
- A (few) USB drives with the final presentation file
Q. What is the capacity of room P3-5 at the Brisbane Convention Centre?
A. The capacity for room P3-5 is 203 pax. You can view the floor plan and layout here.

Q. How long do I have for each presentation type.
A. Each successful presentation will be allocated 40 minutes. Please note that time will be strictly monitored to ensure a smooth conference.
Q. When do registrations open?
A. Registrations for SNAICC'25 have now Closed.
However, if required, you will be able to purchase tickets in person at the SNAICC registration desk if required.
Q. Where can I find the data processing consent terms from registration?

Q. Unfortunately, I can no longer attend SNAICC’25, can I get a refund?
A. If you know someone else wishing to attend but not yet registered, you can transfer for no charge.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellation received 29 days before the event (application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances). You can view the cancellation policy here.

Q. I would like to register a group - how do I do that?
A. Unfortunately registrations for SNAICC'25 have now closed.

Q. Where can I find the SNAICC'25 Conference Terms and Conditions?

Q. What time will registration open on 7 Oct?
A. Registration will be open each day from 7:30am.
Q. Will food be included as part of the conference?
A. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be included in the conference days. Canapés and drinks will be on offer at the Welcome Event on the 7 Oct and Gala Cocktail Party on the 9 Oct.
Q. Is there travel subsidies available?
A. Unfortunately, SNAICC's allocated travel subsidy funds have now been fully exhausted.
Q. Will there be a conference app?
A. Yes, a conference app will be available for download and login one week before the event.
The app link was emailed to all delegates on 2 Oct , enter the conference code: snaicc25
Then, log in using the email address you registered with and the PIN sent in your registration confirmation email.
Exhibitor Booth:
Q. When can exhibitors bump in and out?
A. Exhibitor bump in is at between 3pm - 5pm on 6 Oct, and bump out is at 4pm 9 Oct.
Children to the SNAICC National Conference:
Q. Can I bring children to the SNAICC National Conference?
A. While children will be welcome at the event, it is worth remembering that is a national conference providing professional development for a wide range of people working in the sector.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the care and safety of any children who are attending in the company of their parents or guardians.
There are a range of reasons for this:
