Why are we processing your personal data?

We collect your personal data, including your name and contact information, to facilitate your registration for this event and to identify buyers on tax invoices, which are retained for compliance with Australian taxation laws.

How long will we store your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained for up to seven years after the conclusion of this event for legal and reporting purposes, or for as long as necessary to fulfil any operational requirements. After this period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Personal data about your children or accompanying persons

By accepting consent below, you have authorised the use of any children or accompanying person/s personal data for the purpose of this event. Please note that you must be over the age of 18 to accept consent for another person.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for this event registration. The following statements describe what we are doing with your data, how long we store it so you are fully informed prior to you submitting your personal information for event registration.

Once your registration is submitted, you have the right to:

- To withdraw consent for the use your personal data at any time.

- To request that we de-identify or anonymise any of your personal data that is not required for ongoing compliance or legal purposes.

The right to withdraw your consent

You retain the right to withdraw consent to use your personal data at any time. Again, please contact us at snaicc2025@agentur.com.au with any inquiries you may have. 

Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of the event will be treated as a cancellation and you will incur full event cancellation fees, as noted in the event Terms and Conditions.

The right to forget or anonymise your personal details

You retain the right to request that we anonymise or remove your personal data where legally possible. However, if you have attended an event with us, we are required to retain financial, tax, and attendance records for reporting purposes for up to seven years. This includes invoices that contain your name and basic identifying information, which cannot be altered or deleted due to compliance requirements. While we can remove your contact details (such as email or phone number) from our records when no longer needed, we must retain financial records for the legally required period.
