With offices in Darwin and Alice Springs, we also provide community education, workplace training and advocate for reforms to laws that unfairly impact women and their rights in relation to work.
The strength of NTWWC is our strength as a Working Women's Centres with decades of specialist industrial experience addressing the complexities associated with responding to the impact of domestic family violence (DFV) at work in addition to other industrial issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, entitlements, unfair dismissal, work health & safety and performance management. We assist workers and businesses with a range of workplace issues arising from DFV. Our training differs from other providers as it is informed by this day to day experience as industrial practitioners operating in a range of commissions and tribunals.
