Q. I heard the conference is now at the Danala CDU campus?

A. Correct, the conference will now be held at the Danala, CDU campus in Darwin CBD. Located at 54 Cavenagh St, Darwin City NT 0800, 20 minutes walk and five minutes drive from the Waterfront CDU Campus. 

Q. How do I submit my poster presentation?

A. Posters must be printed in A0 and can be in portrait or landscape. Delegates can bring them along to the conference and upon arrival, they will be shown where they can place their posters. 

Q. I am a presenter at the conference, do I still need to pay registration fee?

A. Please note that all presenters must pay registration fees. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibilities of the presenters.

Q. I have not heard back or received a submission confirmation for my abstract.  

A. If you haven't received submission confirmation, it may be because your abstract is still saved as a draft. Please email naeeaconference2024@agentur.com.au  and we can help verify your submission status.
