Q. When will the agenda be released? 

A. The draft program will be announced in April 2026 

Notice of cancellation and requests for a refund, by individuals or groups, must be received in writing by email to Agentur ahhconference2026@agentur.com.au  more than 30 days out of the start of event.

Any cancellation within 30 days is not refundable. The date of the email receipt will be the basis for considering refunds.For those ineligible for refund we offer a transfer of Registration, Accommodation and Functions, please contact us in writing by email to Agentur. 

The rates quoted are per room per night and are inclusive of GST and apply to single, twin, or double occupancy only. Breakfast is not included in the rate unless otherwise stated.

Accommodation payment requirements are detailed on the online registration form. Any additional hotel charges incurred during your stay are to be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out unless an alternate arrangement has been made prior to arrival.Policies listed on the Individual hotel website may not apply to bookings made with the Organiser as the rates are contracted at a special reduced group rate.

All contracted hotel rooms rates by Agentur are released 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference and the reduced room rate is not available anymore. 

Cancellations of accommodation are possible up to 30 days prior to your check-in and a refund will be issued minus $ 120 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within the 30 days are not refundable.

Please contact Accommodation providers directly if you are booking within the 30 days period, to check availability and rates.Most hotels allow you to check in from 3pm and check out from 10am the next morning. 
If you wish to check in earlier or check out later please notify the Organiser, additional charges might apply. If you will be arriving late (after 6pm), please advise the Organiser to avoid your room being released by the hotel.
