Cultural Safety Conversations: Extending on learnings from Murra Mullangari
Wednesday 18th November: 5:30pm - 8:00pm
The Cultural Safety Conversation Session is designed to build on learnings from Murra Mullangari Cultural Safety Learning Program, and will challenge participants to move beyond understanding cultural safety to examine culturally unsafe practices. Through interactive discussion and critical reflection, participants will explore the role of power, coloniality and relational accountability across clinical, educational, organisational and structural contexts. Participants will develop practical actions to inform their influence and a renewed commitment to cultural safety as an ongoing practice of courageous leadership and system transformation.
