PLATINUM PARTNER

Armapal

Long overdue is the need for indigenous housing to be designed, built, owned and operated by genuine indigenous stakeholders.  ArmaPal is a new and innovative system of housing construction design and delivery that we hope may go some way to deliver these desired outcomes. Traditional methods of construction design and delivery are no longer viable because they rely on the use of construction elements that continue to escalate in costs, such as concrete, timber, tiles, paint, etc. and require a multitude of different tradesmen to construct.   The result is an increase in construction companies across the nation entering into receivership. ArmaPal is a system that uses only two primary construction elements, those being steel and new technology PIR (polyurethane) Panels, both elements are easily sourced, readily available and less inclined to price increases. These elements are then packaged in a modular but permanent pre-fabricated system augmented by the ArmaPal strongback steel support structure that ensures unrivalled strength, durability and longevity, thus providing affordable housing that meets the demand for housing that is quick to assemble and requires less skilled tradesmen. All construction elements are manufactured in the Territory, with the exception of panels that will be sourced from Brisbane until such time as demand increases to warrant investment in local advanced manufacturing.  This system is available for indigenous ownership through ArmaPal's Master- Licence, Sub-License and "Constructa" License Agreements.

SOURCE technology is suitable for a variety of applications, including:

  • Households, farms, or businesses where there is currently no water service;
