The Local Government Association of the Northern Territory (LGANT) hosts a diverse range of events throughout the year, offering invaluable opportunities for collaboration, learning, and innovation within the local government sector. These include our flagship annual conference, which is the premier gathering for local government leaders in the Northern Territory. Bringing together Mayors, Presidents, Elected Members, CEOs, and senior managers, the conference features themed programs, training, exhibitions, and keynote speakers, alongside critical discussions on policy and advocacy.
Complementing the conferences, LGANT also delivers tailored symposiums and other events addressing the operational and strategic challenges faced by councils. These forums provide a platform for expert insights, innovative thinking, and networking opportunities, ensuring local government professionals remain informed and inspired.
